At Cozy Doll, all sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of blind boxes and the handmade quality of our doll clothing, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at designerlabubu@outlook.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll do our best to evaluate the case and provide a solution, such as a replacement where applicable.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for minor packaging imperfections or for blind box character dissatisfaction.
